Our History
CNS was founded in 1998 by Dr. Leo Germin, a triple board-certified neurologist dedicated to advancing neurological care in Southern Nevada. The practice started as a single-location clinic and quickly expanded as patient demand grew.
Over the years, CNS has established multiple locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Pahrump. Today, CNS operates out of two primary clinics—CNS Las Vegas and CNS Henderson—serving a diverse population with personalized, evidence-based care.
CNS has also grown to include a multidisciplinary team of board-certified neurologists, advanced practice providers (APPs), neurodiagnostic technologists, and trained EEG and NCV technicians. This team-based model ensures that each patient receives comprehensive, coordinated care throughout their entire treatment journey.
Our Locations
CNS Las Vegas (Sunrise Medical Plaza)
Located on W. Flamingo Road at Buffalo Drive, just across from Spring Valley Community Park and Spring Valley High School.
This location features full neurology services and is home to CNS West’s AANEM-accredited Electrodiagnostic (EDX) Lab, offering advanced diagnostic tools including EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies and Evoked Potentials.
CNS Henderson (Highland Plaza)
Located just off the 215 Beltway and S. Valle Verde Drive, south of The District at Green Valley Ranch.
This facility provides comprehensive neurological care along with an AANEM-accredited EDX Lab, allowing patients access to high-quality, in-office diagnostic testing.
Both locations are designed with patient comfort and accessibility in mind, offering prompt scheduling, convenient parking, and a supportive clinical environment.

- Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants)
