Article NRS 439.270 refers to Persons diagnosed with epilepsy or like seizures.

- All physicians shall report immediately to the Health Division, in writing, which, in turn, reports to the Department of Motor Vehicles the name, age and address of every person diagnosed as case of epilepsy.

- The reports are for the information of the Department of Motor Vehicles and must be kept confidential and used solely to determine the eligibility of any person to operate a vehicle on the streets and highways of this state.

- A violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
