Dr. Hendin is a graduate of the Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his neurology residency at Barnes Hospital in St Louis. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology where he has been honored as a fellow. He has been the chief of the Neurology Service at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital from 1979 to the present. Dr. Hendin is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Banner Health Services. He is also a Clinical Professor of Neurology at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Hendin lectures widely around the country on a number of subjects including multiple sclerosis, stroke, and headache. He has also been extensively involved in clinical research for over 20 years. Dr. Hendin has numerous publications in many areas of neurology. He has been elected as Teacher of the Year as well being honored as one of Phoenix’s Top Docs
