Lydia B. Estanislao, M.D. is a graduate from the University of the East, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines. For over 14 years after graduation she worked primarily in the field of general medicine and neurology. In the Philippines, Dr. Estanislao did her internship at the Bicol Medical Center in Naga City, Philippines, residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey (UMDNJ), Newark, NJ in internal medicine and neurology, and Neurology Fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, NY.
Dr. Estanislao is Board certified in Neurology. During her neurology residency, she was nominated twice for Golden Apple Award in recognition of her excellence in teaching and was appointed as the chief resident, and received the Resident of the Year award. Dr. Estanislao has a special interest in the areas of neurologic complications of infectious diseases and the diagnosis and management of general neurologic conditions, particularly those of the central nervous system.
Dr. Estanislao is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Touro University - Henderson, Nevada Campus. She holds professional licenses in the states of New York, Nevada and Indiana.
